OUR PROCESS

Our Process Following

1. Consultation

We’ll come to your home to discuss your needs and design possibilities. We’ll then contact you with an itemised and detailed work scope and initial design.

2. Initial Meeting

With your approval, we’ll have a “kick-off” meeting at your home with you to further the design and confirm the work-scope details. We’ll also take site measurements for product selections.

3. Product Selection

The next step is to work with you to help you choose all of your materials, for example: tiles, cabinetry, appliances, lighting and paint colours. Once you’ve selected and approved these items, we’ll place all orders and schedule deliveries.

4. The Transformation Begins

Once your products are ready for delivery and we get approval if needed from your local council, we’re ready to begin. Our team will manage every aspect of the project, including protecting areas around the renovation, all phases of the work, deliveries and all of the other details.

5. Completion

A thorough final cleanup means that you’re home is ready to use!

GETTING STARTED

If you have no idea how to get started, here are some tips:

  • Think through how you want to use and visualise a space.
  • It will go a long way towards shaping your remodeling plans. Identify all the things you want to achieve – from functional, structural and styling perspectives and create a prioritised list.
  • Make a folder of your favourite photos.
  • Keep track of similar style and size renovations, products and colours you love. Resources include: Houzz, Google, Pinterest, home magazines, renovation TV shows.
  • Plan for this early on.
  • Your home has now become a construction site and may become noisy and dusty at times even with the best protection and precaution. Securing your valuables and clearing a space should be well considered. Depending on the scope of the renovation, you may need to move out during some or all of it. You may need to rent somewhere and factor these costs into your budget.
